Start inside The Ledger.
Licensed users can choose Help > Submit Feedback to send a private, signed request. Early purchasers also receive direct contact instructions with their purchase. A public web contact form is not currently available.
Protect the accounting data.
Do not send ledger files, payroll information, bank records, tax documents, customer lists, or screenshots containing confidential information unless we specifically request them and you have authority to share them.
Purchase does not include a guaranteed response time, custom development, bookkeeping, tax advice, payroll advice, migration services, or emergency support unless agreed separately.
