Refund policy

Try The Ledger before purchasing

McMurry Software provides a free 30-day trial without requiring payment information. You should use that trial to confirm that The Ledger runs in your environment and supports the workflows, files, storage locations, reports, printers, and other systems you intend to use.

Unactivated licenses

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days after purchase if the purchased license has not been activated. Refund-request instructions and a working contact method will be provided at checkout before public sales begin.

Activated licenses

Except where required by law, purchases are final after a license has been activated. A perpetual activation grants durable offline write access that McMurry Software cannot reliably retrieve from an offline computer.

Exceptions

We will correct duplicate charges and failures to deliver the purchased license. We may approve other refunds in our discretion, and nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Payment disputes

Please contact us before filing a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate delivery, activation, or billing errors. Fraudulent purchases, chargebacks, or payment reversals may result in cancellation of future activation and support eligibility.
